  • Store Information: Store ID, product IDs, and waitlist configuration data
  • Order Information: Order cancellation and refund data necessary to trigger waitlist notifications

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Manage waitlists and notify customers when spots become available
  • Create draft orders in your Shopify store for waitlist customers
  • Send email notifications via Resend (our email service provider)
  • Track waitlist positions and manage customer entries

Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely using our database. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Customer email addresses are stored only for the purpose of sending waitlist notifications.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Resend: For sending transactional emails. Resend's privacy policy applies to email delivery.
  • Shopify: We integrate with Shopify's APIs to manage products, orders, and customers. Shopify's privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform.

Data Retention

We retain waitlist data for as long as your waitlist is active. You can delete waitlists and entries at any time through the app dashboard. When you uninstall the app, all associated data is deleted.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, update, or delete your waitlist data at any time
  • Remove customer entries from waitlists
  • Export waitlist data
  • Uninstall the app, which will delete all associated data
